Americans honor those who died defending our nation, we must confront a horrifying new category of war dead: the Americans being slaughtered by our own government’s war against science. While we lay wreaths for soldiers who died on foreign battlefields, Americans are dying from diseases we conquered decades ago. Their killer isn’t a foreign enemy — it’s Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the brain-worm-addled sociopath who has turned public health policy into a killing machine.

The blood is on his hands. The blood is on Trump’s tiny hands. And the blood will be on the hands of every craven enabler who cheered while they replaced doctors with demagogues, because they were too cowardly to stand up to a lunatic with a famous last name.

This Memorial Day honors those who died for America — but in the future we will honor those who died because of America, at the altar of the health secretary confirmed by those who knew he was a delusional conspiracy theorist. A bitter, spoiled, losing presidential-wannabe candidate whose brain had literally been eaten by parasites.
