Oh please, of course Trump is in the Epstein Files. Of course he wrote a slimy birthday card. Of course he was one of Jeff’s besties. Of course he is going to lie about it.

How the hell can you believe Trump's denials about Jeffrey Epstein? Please. After watching five decades of Trump's relationship with truth—a toxic alliance that has left democracy gasping for air—the question isn't whether he's lying about Epstein. The question is whether he's physically capable of telling the truth about anything that matters.
During his recent campaign, Trump promised to release those tantalizing Epstein files with theatrical conviction. "I'd be inclined to do the Epstein. I'd have no problem with it," he told podcast host Lex Fridman, practically purring with transparency. Flash forward to his administration's first months, and suddenly his Justice Department discovered there were actually no more files worth releasing. When his own rabid base erupted in fury, Trump deployed his signature move: blame the previous administration for "doctoring" files.
